Epsom-It is the manufacturer of powerful, natural muscle and nerve pain relief products utilizing Epsom Salt.

Goals

We were hired by Epsom-It to do the following:

  1. Conduct an audit of their ecommerce website and email marketing.

  2. Improve the collection and display of customer reviews on their website.

  3. Improve their email marketing practices and success by implemeting email marketing automation.

  4. Improve the website conversion rate and make other improvements to their website.

  5. Explore the addition of a CBD product and the resulting ramifications.

  6. Tune up and fully leverage their Reward/Loyalty program from Smile.io

Results

  1. Vastly improved their email marketing efforts with the use of the Omnisend Email Automation platform which provides triggered email messages througout the customer journey.

  2. Provided critical social proof with customer reviews on the home page, collection page, product page and a new Reviews page.

  3. Added pages explaining in more depth their Subscription program, Loyalty program, and Wholesale program.

  4. Made improvements in copy, and graphics on the Home page, Mobile pages, About Us, Product Pages, emphasized Free Shipping, and added needed apps.

  5. Vastly improved the branding and graphics for the Loyalty program.

  6. Reported on the changes required to sell a CBD product, and built out links to the product on a third party site.
